We are looking for a Maintenance and Facilities Coordinator to help us maintain a secure and well-functioning work environment. Facility Coordinator oversees all activities inside our sites, making sure that health and safety standards are met, arranging for repairs when needed, ensuring uninterrupted service of all operations.

You can be part of the Vivre community, if:
You are a professional with 3 to 5 years experience in facilities or maintenance management roles;
You have solid knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems;
You have strong knowledge of current Health & Safety and Environmental Protection legislation;
You are an excellent communication skills (written, verbal) in both English and Romanian;
You have knowledge and previous experience with quality management, KPI measurement and Facilities Services SLA’s;
You have excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
How you will spend your time with us:
Coordinate and control the planned maintenance programs and supervise their execution for assigned sites;
Coordinate and monitor the execution of the bsites management activities - including but not limited to electrical, generator, UPS, water distribution, life safety, fire services, security access control, computer room, space moves, small repairs, etc;
Act as a Project Manager to ensure that all assigned projects are delivered within agreed scope, on time, and within budget, in the most efficient and cost-effective manner;
Perform regular assessments of the maintenance activity outcomes and take measures for its improvement;
Assure that preventative maintenance is identified, executed, documented, and tracked;
Interface with maintenance vendors and material suppliers to ensure the purchase of proper materials;
Perform the various duties required to keep maintenance operations running smoothly;
