How you will spend your time with us:
  • Make Things Happen – show drive and determination to build our network of Franchise Partners; develops and implements the strategy according objectives for development of franchising system
  • Working Together – building highly effective and trusting relationships with internal and external clients and partners; you will work closely with leaders, to devise, design and execute international plans to develop business opportunities, with net new clients and drive revenue; concluding franchising contracts in the name of the company
  • Think Client – remembering that no clients, no income, making sure the client gets what they want; you will build deep relationships with relevant stakeholders and decision makers at our customers and prospects, always putting the customer value front and centre
  • Organize and plan - develop the new franchising department of Vivre by introducing franchisees to the business; identifies and contacts potential clients for franchise in order to develop the retail network
You can be part of the Vivre community if you are: 
  • Experienced in new business development;
  • A professional with significant work experience as a Franchising Manager, Sales Manager or another similar role;
  • Expert in home&deco retail market;
  • Highly analytical mind and a strong business acumen
  • Technology advocate who stays up-to-date on the latest tools, best practices, and is always striving to make processes more efficient and effective;
  • Data-driven person who understands the importance of data and knows how to collect and analyze data, as well as to glean and implement insights;
