Legal Advisor

We are looking for a Legal Advisor who will offer support and consultancy in all legal matters concerning the daily activity of the company, such as corporate affairs, internal regulations and labor law related issues, representation in court and other public institutions, preparation, revision and negotiation of legal terms and conditions related to service contracts, consumer law, as well as in any other cases that require the input of legal consultancy.

How you will spend your time with us:
  • Provide  assistance,  consultancy  and legal representation to the  company;
  • Prepare, analyze and make proposals for different types of contracts;
  • Participate in negotiations and you will provide recommendations regarding the necessary legal solutions;
  • Provide contractual risk management solutions for each project;
  • Maintain the relationship with  the  state institutions and authorities;
  • Provide assistance in any specific legal issues that may arise from the company’s activities.
You can be part of the Vivre community, if you have :
  • You have legal university degree;
  • Relevant  professional experience of at least 2 years, in the legal field;
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial legislation and civil code;
  • E Commerce related experience is a nice to have;
  • Solid knowledge of computer operation - MS Office, Internet;
  • Good communication skills;
